3. Service Standards
We are committed to providing secure and professional document destruction services:
- All shredding is compliant with BS EN 15713 standards
- Our staff are security vetted and professionally trained
- We provide certificates of destruction for all shredding services
- All shredded material is 100% recycled
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are as quoted on our website or as agreed in writing. Payment terms are as follows:
- All prices include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required before or upon collection for domestic services
- Business customers may be eligible for credit terms subject to approval
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
5. Collection and Delivery
For collection services:
- We will agree a collection date and approximate time window
- Access must be provided to collect materials
- Additional charges may apply for failed collections
- We reserve the right to refuse collection if safety or access is compromised
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care to ensure the security and confidentiality of your documents. However, our liability is limited to:
- The value of the service provided
- Direct losses only (not consequential losses)
- Losses arising from our negligence

- 48 hours notice required for domestic collection cancellation
