Berensens approached us with a need to securely dispose of a substantial volume of outdated documents. We supplied them with clearance sacks for easy filling and handling. Recognizing their extensive daily shredding hours, we proposed our Doc Safe consoles as an alternative. Following a successful trial at their head office branch in Chard, we’ve now extended this service to their Exmouth and Taunton branches. Berensens appreciates the flexibility we provide, accommodating different schedules for each site based on their specific needs.

Profecto approached us looking for a secure way of storing and disposing of confidential waste. Due to the nature of the shared office areas in which they work, secure containers was important. We supplied initially a Standard Doc Safe lockable console which after delivery was found to be too large. Part of our flexible service is that we were able to switch this out on their first collection. They now use a Junior Doc Safe console on a 4 weekly schedule giving them a secure locked unit with a sensibly regular shredding service. 

Compton Smith Interiors first used our drop-in service for their clearance needs. During their visit, they had a look at our shredding bins. Given the substantial volume of customer orders, invoices, and paperwork they manage monthly, they concluded that utilising an external shredding service would be more advantageous than handling shredding in-house. We have serviced their site in Shaftesbury, Dorset for several years now with a regular scheduled shredding service. We supply a Doc Safe Console which is emptied on a 8 weekly basis which fits perfectly with their needs. A regularly full bag of paper is collected, shredded and recycled supporting their environmental policy.
